Sand Dollar One offers a wide variety of options for our owners including a full management option which allows our owners to enjoy their property and never worry about another maintenance issue. We constantly strive to perfect our full management option because we understand that most owners simply do not have the time to be answering the phone calls and emails that come with renting a property.

Below is the property management service that we offer, but Sand Dollar One will also work with you to customize an option that suits you the property owner!

Full Management: 20% this option is for the owner who wants every aspect of managing their property handled from Booking to Maintenance.

Our team is here close to your property! Unlike those other companies who just have a phone number we have an office and live here in South Walton.

At Sand Dollar One we personally check on your property weekly so that we are able to keep your property in the best shape possible! We have an office that is open through the week to welcome our guest and owners! When the office is closed, we provide a 24-hour on call service and can respond quickly because we live here!

We actually answer the phone! We are available to our owners and guest 24/7!

Most companies have become complacent and are only open 10am-3pm! In most cases if renters or owners try to call during their hours you will be transferred to a voice mail.

Our Maintenance Charges!

We do not charge a monthly fee for any of our maintenance or housekeeping services, but instead bill by individual cases without that astronomical call out fee or excessive miscellaneous expenses that most management companies will tack on to your bill. Each property is unique and may require special attention to a specific part of the home which is not an issue as we treat all the homes as individual investments.
