The master bedroom has a king bed and then there is 1 full and 2 twin beds sleeping 6. In each bedroom, you’ll find a flat screen TV. The home also has its own washer and dryer inside the unit. All dogs must be approved and there is an additional non-refundable $350 pet fee.

BOOKING POLICY
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST.
• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.
• Dogs under 25lbs are allowed and require a $350 pet fee. (2 dog maximum)
