" Sea Shell Cottage" is the perfect getaway for 2 or the family for a wonderful beach vacation. This is adorable cottage is located within The Village at Blue Mountain Beach, a private gated community.

ABOUT THE HOME: Conveniently located in the Village at Blue Mountain Beach , this bright and airy cottage is the perfect spot for your family or friends! If you’re searching for the perfect getaway on the beaches of 30A, this is it! Sea Shell Cottage is a beautifully furnished, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath and boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a dining nook that seats 6, and plenty of space to entertain your family and friends.

ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach is one of the 30A coastal communities that sits in between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park. The Blue Mountain community is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking paths, biking trails and many family adventures await you.

BEACH ACCESS: About a 3-block walk to Blue Mountain Regional Access (has showers and restrooms). There is a lifeguard station, some parking, coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with Sand Dollar One as well as provide verification of identity which includes a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license. Must be 25yrs or older to rent; we have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25yrs.

BOOKING POLICY
• Cancellation options available, see contract for full policy prior to booking.
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST.
• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 people under the age of 25.

Overall

Perfect "home away from home" for our trip to visit our son who moved down here a few months ago. Very clean & cozy. Beds were super comfortable. Location was fantastic. Golf cart was a major bonus! We would definitely visit the Sea Shell Cottage again. Thank you!
